・ご注文は日本国内より発送いたします

・EMS(国際スピード郵便)にて発送いたします

・通関や現地配送の状況により、遅延が発生する場合があります
関税・輸入税について
・関税、輸入税、その他手数料はお客様のご負担となります
返品・交換について
・お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けしておりません
・海外注文については、ご注文確定後のキャンセルは一切お受けしておりません
・海外注文については、不良品・誤配送を除き、返品・交換はお受けしておりません
不良品・誤配送について
・万が一、不良・破損・誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください
・確認の上、交換または返金にて対応いたします
返送・再発送について
・受取拒否、不在、通関手続き未対応等により商品が返送された場合、再発送費用はお客様のご負担となります

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Return & Reshipping
If a package is returned due to refusal, absence, or failure to complete customs procedures, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
