atelier JONG DOE（以下「当店」といいます）のオンラインストアをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

第2条（ご注文について）
商品のご注文は、当サイトの注文手続きに従って行ってください。
ご注文完了後、当店よりご注文確認メールを送信いたします。これをもって売買契約が成立するものとします。
在庫状況や制作状況により、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。その際は速やかにご連絡いたします。
第3条（お支払い）
お支払いは、当店指定の方法（クレジットカード、銀行振込、その他オンライン決済等）をご利用いただけます。
お支払いにかかる手数料は、お客様のご負担となります。
第4条（配送・送料）
商品は、日本国内外問わず配送可能です（一部対象外地域を除く）。
国内配送はヤマト運輸、国際配送はEMS等を利用します。
配送料はお客様のご負担となります。金額はご注文時にご確認ください。
第5条（返品・交換）
商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、原則として返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
不良品または誤配送の場合、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。送料当店負担にて対応いたします。
お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返品（イメージ違い、サイズ違い等）はお受けできません。
第6条（著作権・知的財産権）
当サイトおよび掲載されるすべてのコンテンツ（商品画像、テキスト、ロゴ等）の著作権は、当店または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断での転載・複製・使用を禁じます。

天災、配送業者の遅延、通信回線の障害等によりサービスの提供が困難になった場合、当店は責任を負いかねます。
当店の商品は一点一点手作業で制作しております。わずかな個体差、自然素材特有の風合いは不良ではなく、作品の個性としてご理解ください。
第9条（規約の変更）
当店は、必要に応じて本規約を予告なく変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本サイト上に表示された時点で効力を生じます。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or production circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Payments can be made using the methods specified by our store, including credit card, bank transfer, and other online payment options.

Article 4 (Shipping & Delivery)
We ship both domestically and internationally (excluding certain regions).
Domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport, and international orders are shipped via EMS or other international carriers.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at checkout.
Article 5 (Returns & Exchanges)
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g. change of mind, size issues).
